Food Tonic for Eyes
Carrot juice, tomato salad, green leafy vegetables, spinach, drum sticks – all the vegetables are rich in vitamin A. Among the juices, papaya, mango and apple are good.
Always read while you are sitting in a comfortable position. Avoid reading while you are lying down or couched in bed. The light should fall on the matter you are reading and not on your eyes. Keep the book at a distance of 20 inches or so.read more
